The Standard American Diet (acronym is appropriately SAD) is filled with substances that we eat but that don’t resemble food once they hit our digestive system. Our bodies don’t know what to do with chemical additives, pesticides, herbicides, preservatives, artificial colors and other laboratory-made ingredients. Foods saturated in Omega 6 fats, with simple, non-nutritive sugar and processed wheat cause inflammation. It’s science and quite indisputable.

prevents age-related disease and promotes overall wellness.”

The scientific and medical communities agree that inflammation is at the root of all disease. Chronic Inflammation has been linked to:

Here’s the thing though.  Food can cause inflammation and food can reduce inflammation.  By making certain adjustments to what you buy and how you cook, you can create radical changes in your health and well-being.  That is the long and short of it.  Hippocrates said it more than 2500 years ago, “Let food by thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”

You’ve all heard it before.  You know the time has come to end the pain and any dependence on OTC or pharmaceutical medicines and all their side effects.  Eating well is its own reward.

I’ll come into your kitchen and go through your pantry, refrigerator and freezer (and any other places you might be ‘storing’ food!) Through this process, I will identify the foods you eat that are causing inflammation (and explain why) and give you great ideas on how to make good-for-you substitutions for food you will love to eat, like  fried chicken, meat loaf, steak salads, soups and the best veggies ever!

If you are looking for more support, then you can go on a monthly plan. In addition to the first session, you have unlimited access to me via email & text (for quick answers to challenges) as well as weekly 30-minute scheduled support phone calls.  Subsequent months are billed at $250/month for on-going support.
